I've decided to start the Couch to 5k Running Plan today. I've been trying to get into running for months now - and I seem to do too much too quickly and burn myself out.. then I don't run for weeks and have to start all over again. This C25k plan seems to start off slowly and work into running a 5k (or 3 miles) in 9 weeks; little at a time. So today I'll start Week 1 - Day 1. Wish me luck!! :)
